This is a personal project focused on creating a poster that combines food-themed illustrations with lettering. The goal was to blend both elements seamlessly, use a layout that is fun, dynamic, and supports the message, and deliver a delicious result.
This was a personal project and was not created with a specific client in mind. This type of lettering can be used in many ways, including advertising, packaging design, merchandise, book covers, and more. This project was designed to express what the words “Let’s Chill” mean to me personally. I love nothing more than relaxing after a busy day with a good glass of wine, a bag of chips, and either a great series, movie, or book.
The objective was to create a piece that demonstrates how lettering and illustration can complement each other to tell a story, convey a message, and evoke emotion. With this particular piece, I aimed to portray what a cozy, relaxing, and fun evening looks and feels like to me.
Food lovers, (hobby) cooks, and those interested in mental health—everyone who needs a reminder that it’s okay to take time off to relax and enjoy yourself. Companies that want to tell a compelling message using both custom-made lettering and illustrations.
