After we agree to the terms and conditions, payment (or plan) and the deposit are paid, we can start the project. Either you supply me with a Creative Brief, or we create one together. In this creative brief, we gather all relevant information such as: deadlines, format, specs, genre/theme, audience, overview, and other relevant details like the mission of your company, to ensure the project is successful and that we’re on the same page.
I will deliver detailed sketches by the agreed deadline for your feedback. Once the sketch is approved, the digitizing process begins. Minor tweaks are included in the price, along with two revisions.
I will digitize the approved sketch without worrying about every detail. The broad strokes will be visible, and the result will be detailed enough to form an opinion about the final product. I will provide the finished digital file for feedback and approval before the agreed deadline.
I review the feedback, finalize the essential details, and apply the necessary adjustments to ensure the final product looks excellent. I will deliver the final files in the agreed formats and sizes. If the artwork requires printing or special printing techniques, I will consider that as well. The file will be ready for the printing service as-is (Please check the provided files to avoid surprises; I am human and can make mistakes).
